1) Observe the dishwasher: Look carefully at it and study the different parts and read all the instructions in the manual provided very carefully. Find your way around it.
2) Open the dishwasher and figure out the different parts.
3) Observe the soap space and only use specified dishwasher space only.
4) You must make sure there are no dishes present in the dishwasher.
5) Open the bottom rack carefully. On the bottom rack, load dishes like pots, pans, casseroles, bowls, and plates. You must make sure they all face the spray nozzle which will be spraying water on all the utensils, and angle everything down slightly. This will lead to a thorough cleaning. The top rack can handle your glasses and mugs. Place these, face down inside the dishwasher.
6) Take a dirty plate and prepare it for washing, but make sure its dishwasher safe. So that it doesn`t break or get damaged by the dishwasher operations.
7) Rinse the dirty plate. You must scrape off any excess food from all your dishes before you place them in the dishwasher. If the food has gone hard, you may have to let the dish soak in first.
8) Place the dirty plate between the racks. Place your pots and pans and bakingware around the other dishes, but make sure you do not block the water sprayer.
9) Organise your soap and put it in the soap space. You must make sure its dishwasher soap. You should never use liquid dish soap as there will be bubbles all over your floor. The dishwasher soap has baking soda in it and it allows the soap to do the grease cutting and cleaning, without the excess bubbles. Never use excess soap, as that will stick to the utensils.
10) Close the soap space and make sure it’s closed securely.
11) Now, once your soap and dishes are in, close the dishwasher.
12) Make sure you know the dishwasher buttons and cycles. Dishwashers mostly, only have rinse only, light wash, normal wash, and heavy wash indicative buttons. When you click the normal wash button a green light will come on, or you will hear a sound indicating your choice.
13) Once your dishes are in, select the drying type button you want. Dishwashers usually have heated dry, hot wash, or hot starts. Choose the heated dry, which is normal. A green light or a noise will appear.
14) now leave the dishwasher to do its job. Do not midway, check on the dishes, as you will interrupt their cycle. It might take an hour for the complete process of washing and drying.
So this was a short-shrift into the world of the dishwasher.
